Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area and Cost

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing

After your order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, we generally need 1–2 business days to process and dispatch it.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. The processing period is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Carrier transit is estimated to take 5–10 business days from dispatch. Including processing, we aim to deliver orders within 6–12 business days of confirmation.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier interruptions, severe weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you with the information available and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Updates

We’ll send shipment details to the email address you provided with your order. When carrier tracking is available, we’ll include it in the shipment update. Please allow time for the carrier to register its initial tracking scan.

6. Delivery Information and Problems

Please verify your delivery address before submitting your order. If you need to correct it, email us promptly at hello@sxyhyp.com. We’ll check whether an update is possible before dispatch.

If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact hello@sxyhyp.com and include your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier status update alone does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns

Requests for eligible returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. We cover return shipping costs. Before mailing an item back, contact us for instructions so we can arrange shipping at our expense.
