1. Store Operator and Scope

sxyhyp (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. These terms apply to your use of the store and to purchases made through it, along with the product details and policies shown before checkout.

2. Using the Store

When using the store, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to place an order or, if required, have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store for illegal activity or fraudulent purchases, disrupt its operation, or access systems or information without authorization.

3. Products and Information

Before placing an order, check the product description, sizing, materials, and care instructions. The way colors appear can vary with your device and display settings. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, materially different from its description, or sent to you by mistake.

We work to keep product details, prices, and availability up to date. If an error affects an order, we’ll explain the issue and the options available. We won’t send a replacement product or charge you an additional amount without your agreement. If we’re unable to fulfill an order, we’ll let you know and refund any amount paid for the items we cannot provide.

4. Prices and Payment

The store and checkout display the applicable price and currency. Any applicable taxes and the full order total are shown before you pay.

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Checkout displays the payment methods available for your order. Payments are handled through the providers offered there.

5. Orders and Delivery

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated carrier transit of 5–10 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

If you want to update a delivery address, change an order, or ask to cancel, contact hello@sxyhyp.com as soon as you can. We’ll check whether the request can be handled before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. We pay the return shipping costs, and we do not charge restocking or return handling fees.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we’ll let you know the outcome. For approved returns, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the item. Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to post the refund.

7. Shopify and Privacy

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or make a purchase, Shopify processes information to provide its commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries outside your own.

8. Website Materials and Third Parties

Materials on this website may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or third parties. Buying a product does not transfer those rights to you. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to external services do not, on their own, mean that we are affiliated with or endorse those services. Check the terms and privacy notice of any external service you use.

9. Problems, Legal Rights, and Changes

If you have an issue with the website or an order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the terms and policies shown when you place an order will continue to apply to that purchase. We’ll notify you of material changes when required.
